The quality of the work was excellent, he was so polite, helpful and easy to deal with, explained what was happening when I asked questions and he is a shining example of what good customer service looks like. Jackson recently supplied and installed a new ceiling fan in our house. He also fitted a surge protector and RCBOs on the board (missed by other electricians!). He went the extra mile too, as we had to maneuver a ladder up a narrow staircase to get to the ceiling fan (5.5 metre high ceiling). I’m sure many trades would have given up! Also, fixed a bathroom cabinet downlight for us whilst here. Can’t recommend him high enough!

Jackson from Mr Glow came to my home to fix a non functioning power point today. While doing so he identified some poor wiring and also some problems with the switchboard. It was all fixed promptly and efficiently. Jackson was friendly and informative. I recommend Jackson’s electrician services.

Jackson has been quick and very professional, not to mention incredibly friendly. Our house needed a lot of work and urgently to fix dodgy work done by someone else and he arrived in a timely manner and repaired everything, installed our oven and stovetop, he was amazing to work with, and I highly recommend it to anybody!
